How do I wash my FLEX INC. item?
We use Digital Printing with the highest printing speed in the world, allowing us to offer prints with incredible detail, quality and feel.
After the print is printed, it is applied to the textile using a heat press. Please note that the print may become slightly lighter after the first wash.
Turn inside out before washing. Washable up to 30°C. Do not tumble dry.
Is there a warranty on FLEX INC. item?
There is a two-month warranty on our items. Does your item break down within this period? Then we will repair it or send you a new one.
Please note that we do not guarantee damage and/or loss of parts due to the customer's fault.
Is an item faulty immediately after delivery? Send it back within 14 days and we will send you a new one immediately.
What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands: Free shipping
Belgium: Free shipping
What is the delivery time?
We ship the package within 1 business day after we receive your order. PostNL delivers our packages and aims to deliver the package within 24 hours from Tuesday to Saturday.
Does my order have a track&trace?
Yes, all shipments from FLEX INC. are provided with a track&trace number.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days, provided that the order is in its original condition.
This means that the item is in its original packaging and that the item is not damaged.
If this is in order, we will return the purchase amount to the appropriate account within 14 days.Please send us an e-mail in advance to indicate that you wish to return your order.
We recommend that you send the items insured and / or with track & trace. Please check with the carrier of your choice for options and conditions. FLEX INC. is not responsible if something goes wrong with a return.
